Our story
Bloomelle started as a single cold room behind a Bandra bakery. The website came second — which is why every decision here still starts with the flowers.

We opened in 2019 with one cold room, two florists and a scooter. The first year taught us the thing most flower businesses learn late: the hard part is not arranging, it is logistics. A beautiful bouquet that arrives at 9 PM instead of 9 AM has failed.
So we built the studio around delivery windows rather than arrangements. Stems come in from growers overnight, get conditioned in cold storage, and are hand-tied the morning they travel. Nothing is built more than six hours before it reaches a door.
The rest follows from that. We only promise same-day where we run our own couriers. We publish our substitution policy instead of burying it. And when something wilts early, we replace it without asking for the flowers back — because arguing about a ₹1,800 bouquet costs more than replacing it.
What we stand for
We buy what is at its peak. If peonies are out of season we say so rather than flying them in and charging you triple.
Every arrangement is hand-tied by a trained florist the morning it travels. Nothing is pre-made the night before.
Kraft wrap, paper tape, compostable confetti. Our hatboxes and linen sleeves are designed to be reused, not binned.
We buy direct from growers in Pune, Hosur and the Nilgiris, and publish what we pay them on request.
Where we deliver
Same-day delivery runs from our own studios. Everywhere else is next-day via vetted courier partners.
