Privacy
Short version: setting a delivery location saves that pick — coordinates, IP, browser and device — against an anonymous cookie, so we can show it to you again and understand where orders are coming from. No account, no email, nothing sold to anyone else.
The city and state you land on, its coordinates, the timezone your browser reports, and — separately, from the request itself, never something you type — your IP address, browser and device type.
Two cookies, both set the first time you visit: a long-lived one that lets us show your last delivery city on your next visit without asking again, and a session one that groups everything from a single visit together. Neither is readable by page scripts (httpOnly) and neither is a tracking pixel shared with anyone outside Bloomelle.
Setting a delivery location never asks for your name, email or phone. The identifier behind it is a random value in a cookie, not tied to who you are unless you go on to place an order under that same browser.
Email us at hello@findyourluck.online with "delete my location history" and the rough dates you visited — we'll clear the cookie's records. Clearing your browser cookies for this site does the same thing going forward: the next visit starts a brand-new, unlinked identifier.
Placing an order asks for a name, phone, address and email because a courier needs somewhere to knock — that data is kept only as long as needed to fulfil and support the order, and is covered separately in our order confirmation emails. Payment details are never collected or stored by Bloomelle directly; see payment methods in the FAQ.
Questions about any of this: write to hello@findyourluck.online.
