How late can I order for same-day delivery?

Order by 4:00 PM local time and we deliver the same day across all serviceable pincodes. Midnight delivery slots must be booked before 6:00 PM.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across 120+ cities in India, with owned studios in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm same-day availability.

What happens if nobody is home?

Accepted Answer

Our courier calls the recipient, then the sender. If neither answers we leave the arrangement with a neighbour or building reception and send you a photo. A second attempt the next day is free.

Can I schedule a delivery weeks in advance?

Yes — you can book any date up to 90 days ahead, including exact two-hour windows. We send you a reminder 24 hours before dispatch in case you want to change the message card.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Free changes and cancellations up to 12 hours before the delivery window. Inside 12 hours the flowers have usually been cut and conditioned, so we can only offer a store credit.

Do you keep the sender anonymous?

If you leave the card unsigned we deliver it exactly that way, and our courier will not disclose the sender's name. Sympathy orders are delivered in unbranded packaging by default.

How fresh are the flowers?

Stems are cut at the farm within 48 hours of delivery and conditioned in our cold rooms overnight. Every bouquet ships with a flower-food sachet and a care card specific to those stems.

What if the flowers arrive damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace the arrangement on the next available slot, no return needed. Our seven-day freshness guarantee covers premature wilting too.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, UPI, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery for orders under ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes.

How do loyalty points work?

Accepted Answer

You earn 5 points per ₹100 spent. 100 points equals ₹100 off any future order, and points never expire while your account stays active.
